I built HigherAble after realizing manual applications were slow, inconsistent, and hard to learn from. The goal is simple: tailor each application faster and track what actually works.
- Does HigherAble generate cover letters too?
- Yes. Every job capture gives you the option to generate a resume, a cover letter, or both. Cover letters are tailored to the same posting and pull from your base resume. No generic templates.
- Is the output actually ATS-friendly?
- Yes. HigherAble outputs clean single-column PDF and DOCX files with no tables, text boxes, images, or hidden characters. Those are the formatting patterns that commonly break ATS parsers like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and Taleo.
- Does it invent experience I don't have?
- No. The Cloud Agent rewrites and reorders content from the base resume you provide. It rephrases bullets to match the posting's language, but it doesn't fabricate roles, dates, employers, or skills.
- What does the Chrome extension actually read?
- Only the content of the tab you click it on: the job title, description, company, source URL, and (when detectable) the ATS platform. It doesn't read other tabs, your browsing history, cookies, or anything in the background.
- How is my data handled?
